PV8

PV8 for connected businesses

Your portfolio.
Your software.
PV8 analysis.

Bring solar investment screening into the tools your team already uses. Compare opportunities and turn plant data into structured decision evidence.

The API-only plan and the packaged SDKs are in release preparation.
Access requests do not activate a subscription.

Built for your workflow

Make every assessment go further.

Portfolio platforms

Run comparable scenarios across your plants and bring the results back into your asset-management system.

EPC & advisory teams

Qualify opportunities before investing in a proposal. Surface missing evidence before it becomes rework.

Property & energy software

Add grid, land and site-use screening to the customer journeys you already own.

Planned launch scope

Eight ways to assess an opportunity.

RepoweringPV upgrade scenarios
Repowering + storageCombined investment screening
Direct-wire supplyLocal energy off-take opportunities
Battery storageSpecified battery and supplied price series
Land sale & leasebackIncome valuation or sale-value leaseback
Grid screeningCapacity signals and connection rights
EV chargingCharger demand, prices and project costs
Data centre colocationIT capacity, space and tenant economics

Screening results retain assumptions and evidence gaps. Indicative grid capacity is not a connection entitlement; economic scenarios are not verified valuations or detailed engineering designs.

For developers

A small integration. A useful result.

Python and TypeScript SDKs are prepared for release. Packages are not yet published; request access for onboarding and installation instructions. This Python preview uses an existing plant and the planned assessment service.

Handle outcomes

Check warnings and missing evidence even when a calculation succeeds. Assessment completion webhooks are not yet available.

Website and portal integrations

Bring PV8 screening to your own audience.

Repowering and direct-wire widgets for property portals, EPCs and O&M providers. Choose a hosted iframe, a listing-prefill component, or an authenticated server integration.

Free: 25 screenings/month. Pro: €99/month, 250 screenings and partner branding. Business: €399/month, 2,000 screenings, server API and full-year hourly profiles. Paid prices exclude VAT where applicable; contact us for activation.

Widget allowances are separate from full workspace assessments. The widget API uses the run:widgets scope and explicit EUR scenario inputs; it never grants access to private assets.

Planned API-only launch package

Analysis without a workspace-plan purchase.

For teams that want to connect their own software without buying Standard or Portfolio.

Planned offer. Checkout is not open. Price, billing and applicable tax terms will be confirmed before activation.

  • 100 successful single-engine assessments per billing month
  • 100 stored plants
  • Two simultaneous jobs
  • Hard usage cap; no automatic overages
  • Python and TypeScript SDKs

One completed engine calculation uses one assessment, including a result that identifies insufficient evidence. Three separately run engines use three assessments. Validation failures, technical failures, polling and idempotent replays do not add successful-assessment usage.
